F.Z. di Zanetti Francesco designs and manufactures sleeve filters with casing.
Sleeve filters are used to intake and purify dusty air with medium-large granulometry, but in limited quantities. Their characteristics make these filters ideal in situations where the production of waste is not particularly intensive.

Technical features:

Sleeve filters with casing are made of sturdy galvanised sheet and have modular die-cast panelling. The filter head and the dust-collection silo are made of galvanised sheet. The filtering sleeves have a special snap-ring coupling system and dust-collection bags in diagonal cotton, but they can also be supplied in polyester pressed felt for the purification of fine dust.

System operation:

The dusty air is sucked through ducts and delivered into the top part of the filter by a centrifugal fan. The material passes through the sleeve filters, falls through the silo and deposits in the collection bag. The downward movement of the material helps to clean the filtering sleeves that filter the dusty air. Finally the air passes through a bleeder pipe and is released through a chimney into the atmosphere.
